The Community Room on the 2nd floor provides an ideal setting for receptions, dinners, dances and luncheons. The 2,700-foot Community Room seats up to 210 for dinner without a dance floor or up to 192 with a dance floor and head table.

Catering should be coordinated with one of our Preferred Caterers. With over 20 on the list, there are choices to fit every taste and budget. If you plan to serve alcohol, please contact the FCAC to arrange your Beverage and Bar Service.
You do not have to be a resident of Fairfield to rent a room at the Community Arts Center, but residents do receive a 10% discount.
You can hold your preferred date for up to two weeks without payment while you are finalizing your plans. After that date, a deposit of 50% should be made with the balance due 30 days before your event.
The viewing policies are quite informal. The building is open 8am to 8pm, Monday through Friday, and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. The best viewing time is on Saturday mornings when the room is being prepared for that evening's event. After viewing the room, please contact the Community Arts Center Manager to finalize your plans.
