Our hotel includes 200 guest rooms and six suites, the Caminetto Restaurant, Bearcat Lounge, Gift Shop and a state of the art Fitness Center.
Our staff is dedicated to providing attentive and personalized service, just as distinctive as your celebration. With your input, our Certified Wedding Planners will help you design and coordinate your special day. Whether it’s customizing a menu, or scheduling florists and photographers, our professional event planning staff will handle all of the details for you.
Our Grand Ballroom is accented with light wood, futuristic chandeliers, new carpet, and a beautiful foyer area with windows just outside the Ballroom. There is a stunning wooden staircase leading up to the Ballroom – ideal for bridal party pictures. Kingsgate also features a beautiful outdoor greenspace area featuring a unique fountain – ideal for outdoor wedding ceremonies and cocktail receptions.
Should you need rooms for out of town guests, we are happy to offer you group rates for 10 or more rooms per night. We can also create a complimentary custom wedding website – with a link to the hotel for your guests to make reservations, as well as links to your bridal registry, directions to the church, weekend agenda, story of how you met, etc.
