A-1 Half Price Limo

The only vendor I was unhappy with during my wedding day. The week of the wedding it took me 2-3 days straight of calling multiple times a day with no reaction. Finally on the afternoon before the wedding, just as we are considering a plan B to getting the wedding party to the site . . . someone answered the phone. No one answered the multiple messages left but someone finally answered. This man was extraordinarily unprofessional and found it amusing that I have been trying to contact them for days. No apologies and I'm not sure if I would have known for sure that the limo would show up until the day of.He was early to pick up the groom and waited impatiently in the house until they were ready to go. He missed my prominent hotel and took 20 minutes in downtown with little traffic to come back around. In all he was a half hour LATE to pick me up and I'm glad I told him an earlier time for my arrival as the photographer was expecting us.The air conditioning didn't work and this was a problem since it was 90 degrees and humid that day. He brushed it off as if the air was just warm but there was no air coming out of the vents. He was anxious to leave as soon as we arrived.When we first looked for a limo I just wanted one hour but found most had 2-3 hour minimums so I decided to use it to the max. Picking up the boys and myself and staying inside the limo until the ceremony to hide from the groom. He kept asking if we were done with him and I had to remind him that we have him until the end of the 3 hours, not 2.Please be wary of this vendor.
