Bluebird Photography did an absolutely wonderful job capturing my wedding day and are truly a joy to work with! Of course the pictures were stunning - just check our her website and you can see her amazing work. But what you can't see is all the details behind the pictures...the way she caught every moment of the day but you never really noticed her, her ability to get even the most un-photogenic people look amazing, her help throught the day on non-photo-related things (where did that cake knife go again?) and her follow-up afterward. 100% recommended

April is a wonderful photographer! My husband and I married on August 8, 2009. She photographed our wedding this past August as well as our engagement session over a year ago. I can't say enough good things about her. She's easy to work with, professional, creative, and has a great eye for detail. We had over 600 professional photographs of our wedding day, and we have hundreds of favorites! She's THAT good at capturing beautiful moments. We've not only received compliments on the finished product, but we received numerous compliments about her professionalism on the day of our wedding. Her entire team was such a pleasure. I cannot imagine having a more perfect wedding photographer. April was so easy to work with and made me and my camera shy husband very comfortable. She was not only our photographer, but she also doubled as a semi-wedding planner. She helped me to map out my day and did tons over and above her job (holding my crying nephew, fixing the aisle runner when my brothers couldn't!). The pictures look like they came from a magazine even though we were working on a budget. If you are looking into photographers for your wedding, make sure you check Bluebird out, you won't regret it!

April was the best choice I made throughout all of my wedding planning. Her sense of humor kept us all relaxed, and her eye for beautiful shots is amazing! She was professional even in the face of my father-in-law, who loves to tease. Most importantly, I had beautiful pictures to remind me of the wedding.

Bluebird's work truly speak for itself. April is amazing at what she does and has a wonderful personality. I am so glad she was available to shoot our wedding because there is no other photographer we wanted! I obviously recommend Bluebird because of the quality of work, emotions evoked in each photograph, and the personality of the owner and lead photographer, April!

April is a great artist. She captured the moments and feelings in every picture she took. All of her shots were wonderful! All of her pictures are great, every single one of them! She takes the time to get even the most challenging pics, but it is soooo worth it. I would not have picked anyone else to share my wedding day with! April is awesome!!!

April was the best! Not only were her photos absolutely amazing, but working with her was so easy! She truly captured all the events of our special day. Everyone who saw the pictures commented not only on how fabulous they were, but also how she told our story with her photos. April was so much fun, but was very professional as well. She made everyone feel at ease, and this shows in her photos. Everyone had a great time, and I received many compliments from my wedding party and guests on her work. I would recommend her to anyone, and I would certainly use her again if I ever need a photographer for an event.

April and her assistant Emily were amazing the day of our wedding. They were so much fun to be around and had some great ideas for pictures. April is amazing!!! I would highly recommend her if you are really interested in great photos, taken by a very professional person. Everything about our interactions was extremely professional and also very creative. She really wants to take the time to know you as a couple and because of that, really takes great pictures that capture your personality. She was very easy to work with, made everyone feel very comfortable and is very timely. We have only been married for a little over a month and we already have our proofs, finalized our album, got our high res cd and she posted a blog highlight a week after and a really cool slide show a couple weeks ago for our guest to see.

April was amazing! She know how to make you comfortable and gets the best shots without you even knowing. We were so happy she went to IU for our engagement session and stuck it out in the cold with us on our wedding day. She also has amazing people working with her. April is a truly talented photographer and she did a fabulous job shooting our wedding. The photos are beautiful and I would highly recommend hiring her! The only word of caution that I give is that you will likely spend more money than the package your originally purchase. The first thing to be aware of is that tax is not included in the package price so in my case it added several hundred dollars that I was not expecting. Second, be aware that the sample albums that are shown typically are very expensive albums (contain more photos than included in most packages or have special features that will cost you more). April is worth the money, but just know up front so you don't break your budget later!
