I bought my wedding gown online without seeing it first. This was a daring move but something I wouldn't change. Why? Because I went to a lot of different wedding gown stores and they were over-priced and didn't have the dress I was looking for. But when I saw this gown online I was amazed by the price and how it was everything I wanted! I got a bargain for this gown and it ended up being everything I wanted in a wedding gown. I couldn't be happier.

This online store was great. Everything went smooth with this company. The only issue I had during the process was that I ordered two dresses. I had to return the first dress I ordered because it didn't fit, but it actually worked out in a great way. The dress that I ordered was my second choice because they didn't have my first choice in stock so it wouldn't be there in time for my wedding. When I returned my dress I called them on there service line and I found out that they had my first choice in my size. I ordered the dress and got it within a week of ordering it. When I got my dress I just had to get slight alterations to make it fit better, but every dress needs some sort of alteration. I definately recommend them for your wedding attire. Oh can't forget their prices were a steal.

This place is great!!! Everything was low in price and was absolutey beuatiful! I even ordered my bridesmaid dresses from here which I had so many compliments on!

My dress was perfect. It was exactly what I was looking for. Need to give yourself at least 10 weeks to be they have enough time create the perfect look. I highly recommend if you have a specific look that you are going for.

I love my dress. It was gorgeous and fit exactly how they said it would. The only thing that bothered me was that my great aunt offered to alter the hem for me as my wedding present. I didn't think it would have been a big deal since I knew she fixed dresses all the time for people. She didn't get the hem right and actually had the outside layer shorter than the inside in different spots. Oh well, no one seemed to notice. If they did, they didn't say anything. Everyone complemented on the dress overall and how beautiful it was. I dearly loved my Penelope dress. Oh and it was here within 3 days.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this website! After I fell in love with a gorgeous Maggie Sottero designer gown that was completely out of my budget, I found their site and the exact same dress that I'd fallen in love with. They had my dress in stock, and it shipped within days of placing my order. I even had issues with placing the order online, and when I called for technical help, the entire staff was so friendly, helpful, and professional. The gown, veil, and tiara arrived in perfect condition and I had no problems whatsoever. I bragged to anyone who asked about how I'd gotten my dress online and at half the price of the designer gown's cost. I was a happy beautiful bride all thanks to the Bridal Online Store.

I don't think it's possible for me to rave about this website any more than I have to various friends and family members. Not only did I LOVE my dress, it was half the price of the bridal salon.I ordered my dress very far in advance and needed to exchange it for a different size - a year later. Not only did they exchange it for me with no complaint (I was definitely out of the reasonable timeframe for exhanges!), they shipped it even faster than promised. I also ordered my undergarments and slip from here.I would recommend this vendor to anyone - the dress was quality material and not at all cheap. This was by far my favorite purchase of the wedding - definite value for money.

The only mistake I made when ordering my dress from www.onlinebridalstore.com was that I just put what size I thought I was without actually measuring my body and following the guidelines. So when I got my dress (in half the time they expected) I was WAY too big and fell right off me. So I called and the offered to exchange the gown for two sizes smaller without a problem. So I sent the first one back and got the second one. They did promise a free shawl and purse with your gown order and I did not get this so I called and they rush shipped that to me as well. I was really impressed with the great quality of the gown. I was looking at the same gown at a bridal shop near my home and it was three times the price. The bridal shop cautioned me not to order online gowns and proceeded to tell me horror stories. I ordered online anyway and I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. I have recommended this bridal store to others and all have had pleasant experiences!

My dress was BEAUTIFUL and it came in fantastic condition right to my door. The SAME dress was sold in my local boutique for $2000, and ordering mine from BridalOnlineStore.com cost only $500.

Absolutely loved this vendor!!! I waited until almost a month before the wedding to buy my dress, hoping I would lose some weight before I had to make the purchase. Little did I realize that you have to order at least 13 weeks in advance at most bridal stores!! I was going to get one off the rack, but was dismal at the thought of buying a dress a hundred other women tried on. I also did the "running of the brides" which was a complete joke and I was thrilled not to have found anything because then I never would've found this vendor! I had three dress choices, and they had one of the choices, in my size, ready to ship. The dress I wanted retailed for $1,000, was on "sale" at David's Bridal for $700, and I only paid $299 plus $25 for shipping. I got my dress within a week, and it was bagged and never opened/tried on/or used and returned! They also gave me the shawl and matching bag, which at David's Bridal, they charge you extra for those items! Absolutely would recommend this vendor- very impressed and pleased with the product and service. Only one minor thing: website said 24 hour service, which I called at like 1am (b/c I'm a night person) and they didn't answer the phone. I sent an email and that was answered very quickly, and they did apologize, saying they had some phone trouble. Other than that, no issues at all!

I live not far from their warehouse, so I was able to go and try on the dresses before buying. I worked with Crystal, and she was awesome. She knew exactly what I was looking for and brought me the PERFECT dress to try on. I hadn't even looked twice at it online. She was great to work with, and very helpful when I brought back all my bridesmaids to try on their dresses! The bridal online store has beautiful, high quality dresses for a fraction of the price of other places. I'm so glad I bought my dress from them! When my dress came in, there was a slight flaw, and the store corrected it immediately, without any hassle.

Once I found a dress I liked by trying them on in the stores, this was the easiest part of planning the wedding. My dress was reasonably priced, a lot lower then at the local bridal store and looked exactly the same as ones I tryed on. I wished I would have gotten the bridesmaids dresses here too. The dress came very quickly, it came in weeks not months. Very beautiful dress, cheaper price and great service. If only everything could have gone this smooth. I would definitely recommend!!!

They have the best prices on just about anything you need as far as attire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The only down side is that you cant try on the dress before hand but it is mde up for by the amazing amount of money that you save!!!! I saved $1100.00 on my dress!!!!!!

I searched and searched for the perfect dress in my local shops to no avail. I was prepared to spend thousands on my dress, when I came across the website, and immediatley fell in love with the "Bella" design. I was very surprised by the price, and was a bit skeptical about it. I finally ordered the dress, and they helped every step of the way. I ordered the dress late on Friday night, and had the dress on that Wednesday morning! When I tried on the dress, it fit like a glove! I am so impressed with the quality of the dress, and would recomed this site to any bride, not just a bride on a budget. I can't wait to wear this dress!!

My dress came to me in less than a month and I paid $400 for a knock off maggie that would have been like $1800. I felt a lot better about playing at the creek and playing soccer and being at the park knowing that I wasn't trashing an expensive gown. We had to fix the cap sleeves but I'm sure if my chest were smaller we wouldn't have had a problem but it was a 2 minute fix.
