Through Emily Kremp, the founder of Cincy Formal Music, we were put in touch with a violinist who was a CCM grad, and a local violin teacher. The violinist had a website with videos of her playing in which she seemed professional and well-trained, and she provided us with a list of music to choose from that included our desired selections. All seemed in order until our ceremony - the violinist continuously hit multiple wrong notes on every song she played, and even messed up the wedding march as I was walking down the aisle! When Emily found out about our wedding music disaster, she was extremely apologetic, and went above and beyond expectations in order to rectify the situation. Based on the other reviews, I would say that Cincy Formal Music is definitely capable of providing talented musicians, and our bad experience was due to communication and personal issues that our violinist was experiencing at the time. However, I would recommend requesting the musicians to play for you before your ceremony, in order to eliminate any doubt!

Awesome! Emily listened to what my tastes were, and suggested the perfect musicians for our wedding. Through Cincy Formal Music we hired a violin, cello & flute trio. They were wonderful. Couldn't ask for a better cost too!
