I cannot say enough great things about Elements!! Nidhi and her staff were beyond amazing!! My day was perfect!! I HIGHLY recommend The Elements!!! I have not one single complaint. Nidhi made my 18 months of planning absoluetly smooth and stress free. Just AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!! You know from the time you walk in the door how amazing it is!

The Elements gave you everything you needed. They had a list of preferred vendors that helped me out a lot in choosing who was going to do what. All of my vendors was from their list and ALL did an exceptional job! Just for choosing the Elements you get certain discounts with the vendors they prefer! I couldn't be any more pleased with the experience my family, friends, my husband and I had with The Elements. Nidhi Bedhi (Director of Sales & Marketing) was there and still is there for me for anything I need or needed. My special day would not of happened if it wasn't for her. She made EVERYTHING perfect!

Nidhi, the wedding consultant, was great to work with! I was the type of bride that didn't want to stress about the small stuff and I wanted things to just "happen". I love that that really happened. I showed up for the rehearsal and I knew from there I was in good hands (I knew before that, but that was when it became real for me). The day of my wedding was perfect. Simple as that. There wasn't anything I wish I could change or I wish had went different - it was perfect!

We enjoyed every moment of wedding planning with The Elements and on the wedding day, we were worry free. I just brought everything to the rehearsal and they put it together beautifully better than i could have imagined myself. The staff truly went all out to make sure our day was special. Our guests said it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to. The best decision we made in our wedding planning was choosing The Elements Conference and Event Centre.

I got married on October 14, 2011...and had selected The Elements as my event venue an entire year prior. Moment one that I met Nidhi Bedi- it was a match made in heaven!The philosophy of Elements is to allow you to show up for your wedding day- sit back and simply enjoy!Along the way, I had many questions. Nidhi was immediately available and always provided a helpful and happy response. I felt as though she was truly excited for us andfelt her genuinity each time we spoke.On our wedding day, I was admittedly sad that the year of planning was over. I had enjoyed the experience so much. Nidhi and the Elements staff provided STRESS FREE service 100% of the time. Our wedding day was beyond my wildest expectations. Everything I ever wanted and had asked for was done just right- and all I had to do was enjoy it. It's hard to put into words- but The Elements is different than other venues. They truly make you part of their family. The enjoyment of our wedding day extended all the way through our guests- and many of them expressed how impressed they were with Nidhi and the entire Elements Family!I will recommend The Elements and Nidhi till the end of time. I truly got the wedding day of my dreams and stayed within my budget. Nidhi recommended several wedding vendors to me, and after doing my own research, I utilized almost ALL of them. Michael Bambino- top pick for a photographer (hands down!) Exclusive by Tamra Berry- our make up was FLAWLESS, Mark McFadden- gave us one heck of a dance party!I could go on and on regarding the standout methods of The Elements. Bottom line- Nidhi and The Elements Family are committed to a perfect day. Our day wouldn't have been the same anywhere else. The sincere committment Nidhi has to her brides is unlike any other. Planning was relaxed and fun with Nidhi- AWAYS a smile and helpful input. Even after our wedding- Nidhi has called me to see how our honeymoon was and to STILL see if we needed anything. : ) By far the most wonderful, genuine, fun, talented person I have worked with! I will never be able to thank her enough- for a day I fondly remember always!

If there was one thing I could say that was absolutely wonderful about my wedding it has to be working with Nidhi and her team at the Elements. Nidhi was constantly checking on me and making sure she could make my wedding as easy as possible. The food was absolutely delicious, and when our limo didn't show to take us home at the end of the night Nidhi's people were there to take care of us. I would recommend The Elements to everyone!

Elements was absolutely incredible and beautiful. Nidhi was wonderful and did everything I could have asked for and more. I have a stomach disease where I can't eat most foods, Nidhi and chef had a peanut butter and jelly waiting for me because they remembered I can't eat most foods. I wanted a mashed potato bar during cocktail hour which is unusual but Nidhi made it happen. All of our guest ate still raving over how our wedding was the best they've ever been too. I highly recommend having your wedding at elements!!

The wonderful people working at the Elements made my wedding day perfect! My guests were so impressed with the decorations and the lighting that it's become all I've heard about since I returned from my honeymoon. The two things I loved the most were the fact that everything was already there: lighting, catering, drinks, tables, linnens, dishes, etc. They also offerend several opportunities for brides to come in and learn about all that the Elements has to offer and what to expect. They're linked with several top local vendors, who offer you an amazing deal since your booked through the Elements. They're always there to help and answer any questions, and Nidhi got in touch with all my vendors for me, so I didn't have to play middle man! I love them!!!

WOW!!! YOU are CRAZY if you book your wedding/event any place else!!! The staff is super amazing!! All of the Elements preferred vendors are wonderful across the board!! EVERYONE at Elements and all of their Vendors take YOUR event as if it were their own and go above and beyond customer service and just plan doing their jobs. You can tell everyone loves what they do and they treat you like family. EVERYONE the Elements recommend I would BOOK them as well. They all work great with each other and help make you wedding day/event super personal and special. If we were not broke I would totally book my birthday party there in Dec because they were so GREAT!!!! The Elements and their vendors ALL work at a higher level of excellence because of the love of their jobs and helping make your event one that is stress free and memorable for you and your guests. STOP looking else where BOOK with then NOW!!!

Attn: Brides Cross ‘Venue’ off of your things-to-do list. Your search is over. Everything you have read about the Elements staff and venue is true- they are simply the best! If you are looking for a wedding coordinator who calls you back without question, listens and follows through, Nidhi has got you taken care of. With her family-oriented spirit and her can-do attitude, she is the perfect mixture of a planner and a friend. Another aspect about the Elements is the round table events. These are events hosted at Elements to allow brides and their families to ask any wedding questions and meet the various Elements ‘preferred vendors’. I highly recommend attending an event to allow yourself a moment to envision where your day will be held and to view examples of table set-ups to get your wheels spinning. For example, are you thinking extravagant, with 5’ tall centerpieces including peacock feathers? Or would you prefer something simple, like floating candles or a modest flower arrangement? You name it and they will make it happen.Throughout the hustle and bustle of planning a wedding, try to remember that it is supposed to be fun. Our special day was on 9.9.11 and totally care-free because we knew Nidhi was there for us. The Elements seems to cater to their brides effortlessly and that peace-of-mind is truly priceless during this time of your life. And don’t forget, EVERY bride deserves her perfect day. I really just can’t say enough about my experience with the Elements family. When it comes to the Elements, consider it done.

Nidhi is amazing, spectacular, wonderful, dynamic, and just overall great! She excels at customer service: she answered all of my calls immediately, she made herself available 24/7, and most importantly she was KIND. But beyond that she really connects with the bride, identifies with who the bride really is, and allows the bride to be comfortable on her special day no matter what. Nidhi, Vikas, and Jay along with the rest of the Element's Staff is better than the best in my book. I almost have no words to describe how my husband and I felt that day as well as throughout the whole process of planning. Nidhi and the staff made everything unforgettable....it was all spectacular. I am such a tomboy and I don't like to plan and Nidhi handled all of that for me. She is sweet and loving and has awesome sense of humor. Our food was the bomb, the bar was great and reception area was beautiful and all our requests were met without issue. Our friends and family are still talking about it and I recommend the elements to every friend who becomes engaged or looking for a party location. It's money well spent. Much love,The lopes fam

After reading so many wonderful reviews about the Elements, I would say I had pretty high expectations after booking. I felt through planning there was so much planning to be done but the workers did not. Apparently this is because they know exactly what they are doing. I asked if we could meet up about a month before the wedding. When I got there (not in a bad way) it was like , "OK. What can we do, what do you want, what did you want to meet for?" BEcause once I started telling them, the whole staff answers were always, yes, of course, no problem, we havent done that before but great!, asbolultely, whatever you want. And with that- all my worries were gone! The night of my wedding Jay met all of my wishes and somehow he and his staff still exceeded all my expectations.

I cannot say enough about The Elements. The people are absolutely AMAZING and truly are there for YOU!! I could go on and on, but I do want to say that before I picked a location for our wedding/reception that I read TONS of reviews. I am totally confident after my wedding that there is not ONE vendor that will be there for you like The Elements "family". They make you feel special like you are their only wedding (which we know isn't the case) ANYTHING you need they are on it for you. AMAZING people... Nidhi is truly a wonderful person as well as Jay and the rest of the staff. When my husband & I got engaged I had no idea that a vendor could be SO caring. We didn't want for a thing.. there was always someone from the staff asking if we were ok, if there is anything they could get us and so on! This vendor blew us out of the water! Talk about wonderful customer service... The Elements has the BEST customer service of any business I have ever dealt with... HANDS DOWN! You will not only fall in love with the venue, but with the staff as well... I know we have!!! Nidhi... you will NEVER be forgotten.. you have a special place in our lives. You are truly the BOMB!!!! ;)

Elements was such a wonderful place for my wedding. Thanks to Nidhi and her staff my wedding was more then I could have dreamed of. They made it about my husband and I. They were very accommodating. They actually showed they cared and really made you feel apart of their family. Thank you so much for the time of my life.

I got married at the Bel-wood location on June 11, 2011 and everything was absolutely perfect!!! The Elements staff is AMAZING!! I worked specifically with Nidhi and Varun in planning and Varun was there coordinating things on the big day! Nidhi is so kind and helpful and always wanted to make sure we got everything we wanted. On the morning of the wedding, I was frantic because there was a mix-up with the place we got our tuxedos from and they did not give us pocket squares, which I had asked for. My mom had mentioned to Varun the issue with the pocket squares and Elements staff went right to work, they called the tux shop to try a fix it, and eventually someone from Elements got fabric and made us pocket squares!!! They took care of everything and made sure everything was perfect! I mean really, pocket squares, it was silly that I was so stressed about pocket squares but they took care of it right away!Varun also helped my mom and sister set up and did a wonderful job helping my sister set up our candy bar! Everything looked so beautiful! The room was stunning and the service was amazing. At a meeting before the wedding I had mentioned that I wish I didn't have to take pictures after the ceremony because I wanted to eat some spring rolls at the cocktail hour, and sure enough, as I sat down for dinner, Varun came by with a plate of spring rolls that he had saved for me and my groom!! :) Oh, and the food was DELICIOUS!! I got so many compliments about the food, and it really was sooo good and the portions were big! I could not even eat all my food, I only wish I could have taken leftovers home-it was soooooo good! Throughout the night, Varun made sure everything was okay, and asked if we needed drinks or anything. He was a saint on that day! Everything went so smoothly and I could not have asked for a more perfect day! It was truly wonderful! I have only good things to say about the staff at Elements!

I really can't say enough good things about Elements and Nidhi. The day went so well and everything turned out even better than we expected. The most amazing thing and what I think shows what great service Elements offers is how they handled our ceremony/reception situation. We had an outdoor wedding and the day of the weather just did not look like it was going to be good. Every single weather channel said it was guaranteed to rain that night but not sure if it would be before, during, or after our ceremony. The problem was we needed to make a decision on whether to move it indoors at Elements. What Nidhi did for us was actually setup for our ceremony and keep it until we made a final decision right before the wedding. Once we figured out we would keep it outside they imediately switched it over to the reception and really went above and beyond. Since the wedding all of our friends and family keep talking about how this was the best wedding they have ever attended and it was so much fun. I doubt they would tell us if it was bad but when people who weren't even at the wedding tell us they heard it was the best, I know people really did have a great time. Nidhi and here staff did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Working with Nidhi at the Elements made my life easy... through the entire wedding planning process she was there for my every need. She was always helpful and responsive and took great care of me, my husband and my entire family! Everyone I know that has an upcoming wedding I will reccommend the Elements because my experience was so incredible. They really helped make my wedding day everything I ever dreamed of!

I can't say enough good things about working with Nidhi and her staff. They were very dedicate to our wants and needs. We had our reception at the Bel-Wood Country Club location. The place was decorated so beautifully and looked so elegant. The food was also amazing. I would highly recommend this venue to everyone!

My wedding was great and Nidhi did very well keeping things organized and on time. I was very happy with the set-up and the place looked fantastic. Having my wedding there made for a perfect day. I didn't have a thing to worry about on the day of my wedding. The staff goes out of their way to make sure that everything gets taken care of.
