Elite Signature DJs

Absolutely the best DJ services I have ever experienced! Planning was so easy using the online planning tools and communicating directly with the DJ. Not only did our DJ have an awesome fun, professional personality that kept everyone on the dance floor, he also helped to coordinate the ENTIRE reception timeline. It would not have been coordinated so smoothly without him. I used to work at a reception hall and have seen my fair share of disasterous DJs and mediocre ones. Dj josh and Elite Signature DJs far surpassed my expectations and I would definitely encourage anyone needing DJ services to go with this agency! I could not have asked for a better service!

We were very pleased with the services provided by Elite Signature DJ's. The DJ they selected was just perfect. He was enthusiastic and was very encouraging with our guests.

Elite Signature DJs did a fantastic job at our wedding reception. From the intial call to the final dance, everything was perfect. I would recommend their company if you are looking for DJ for your reception.

This is probably the only part of our wedding that we weren't thrilled with. This company is just the middleman that sets you up with a DJ that has been doing this for awhile and usually does their own work as well. The company said they would set us up with someone based on our music selections and that we would then meet with them before the wedding. We never met with anyone before the wedding and our DJ called us about a week and a half before the wedding. At this point if we had wanted to switch DJ's it would have been to late so we just went with it. The wedding went pretty smoothly but I would have like to have been able to meet with the DJ and have enough time to switch had that person not been what we were looking for

Elite Signature DJs was extremely easy to work with! And the website made planning out the evening very simple. Julie Jay was awesome not only as a DJ but as an emcee. She got the party started and kept everyone dancing throughout the entire reception. She was able to determine exactly the right kind of music to reflect our wedding style just by one phone call and what she observed at the reception. Incredible value! Incredibly professional!! Definitely would suggest to other brides!

If there were a more negative star rating to give this vendor, I would. The service is unprofessional at best. At worst, they sent two bored DJ's who sat behind their table all night, repeated songs (some songs at least 4 times!), made announcements after events were already completed (for example, the cutting of the cake), and played incorrect songs while I was dancing my Father/Daughter dance (that's right, it took them three songs before they landed on the correct one!). They did absolutely nothing they said they were going to do, except show up. My i-pod would have done a better job. When we complained about the level of service provided, we were given the total run-around. I was told that it was a hot day (the DJ's were located on the back terrace of a historic home) and that my guests did not go outside. This was completely untrue as our open bar was outside across from the DJ's as well as our photographer's photo "goof" booth. Somehow over 100 guests made it outside to participate in drinking and photo taking. When I explained that fact to the owner I was promptly hung up on. I have since submitted a formal complaint with the local BBB. I am writing this in hopes that I may save any future bride the headache and heartache of having an experience like this on their big day. Do Not Use Them!!

Our experience with Elite Signature DJs was horrendous to say the least - I would never recommend them to anyone. In fact I told everyone at my wedding to stay clear from them at all costs for their future wedding needs. I tried to call to get some money back because they didn't do their job, but got ignored multiple times. HORRIBLE!!!! THIEVES!!! Here are some examples of the horrible things our DJ - Jim McCluskey did. - Didn't hear most of the 30+ songs I sent to be played - heard like 3 of my 'to be played' songs the last 5 min of the night and after 1030 (when the reception was over) - Had own companies sign at the reception - told him multiple times I didn't want the reception to be video recorded, but he still did - Music stopped at one point for him to talk to us about what he should do next - Hit on my grandma in law as well as my sister in law by saying some inappropriate comments during the night - came up to us multiple times throughout the night to talk - came out on the dance floor to talk and show us some dancing moves - told our photographers that he would take pictures of them with their camera when they got up on the tables to dance - told my sister in law that she couldnt request music until she filled out a survey - my father in law paid him $100 to play better music after i told him to play more modern music and it wasn't happening. even after the $100 he still didnt really play any better music - played songs multiple times throughout the night. There were at least 5-6 songs that he played at least 2-3 times - told him multiple times to play more modern music - but didn't really. I was ok with some oldies at dinner, but still didn't play the music we wanted. - I sent him an email saying to play slow, country and rap - played very little of country/rap - Told one of my guests it would be extra to play country music when they requested it - told my guests that he wouldnt accept their requests because the bride wanted oldies music - which she didn't - my wife requested some of the typical dances (cha cha slide, booty call dance, etc) but told my wife that he wouldnt recommend playing them because our guests will leave once those are played - would always talk right before each song saying "bride requested it" or "this song was requested", which my wife did not request any of the songs - during "Baby Got Back" by Sir Mix A Lot - he interjected during the song and said "She has a HUGE butt" - Did not feel out the crowd one bit - multiple times throughout the night there wasnt hardly anyone on the dance floor and then he would just stop a song partially through even though it brought people out on the dance floor to dance. - wanted me to fill out a survey before we left - told him we would fill it out later and mail it to him because we had other things to take care of. went over to one of my groomsman to fill it out and hovered over him until he filled it out.

He did a pretty good job, however we specifically told him not to take requests during our planning meeting and he took so many during the reception ( until we pulled him aside mid reception and told him to stop) that he did not play half of our MUST PLAY list.

They were absolutely awesome at the reception. Our DJ was a rock star and wasn't overly cheesy or pushy. That said, they didn't do much for my stress level beforehand. It took a while for my DJ to get in touch for me and my deadline suddenly got two weeks earlier. They handle a lot of their business online and it was a nightmare. My lists had to be submitted FOUR times before they finally got it. The operators, not my favorite. My DJ apologized profusely and made the night perfect.

We booked Elite Signature 5 days before our wedding and we are so glad we did. We were going to use a live band but when they couldn't make it we had to scramble to find an alternate option. They truly saved our reception and did a fantastic job. We highly recommend using their service.
