I can not say enough great things about Cate and the Eventurous staff that helped make my dream ceremony come true!! The stress of planning a wedding can be extremely overwhelming and it's easy to get lost in the "details". Cate and her team worked with me beforehand and then completely took charge of the rehearsal and ceremony, leaving me to enjoy the most amazing day of my life stress free. I can think of 2 ways Cate went above and beyond what I expected of her services. First of all, with all the commotion going on, I left my purse inside the locked church the evening of the rehearsal. Contents inside included all my cash, ID, credit cards, wedding planner and most importantly my VOWS!! We could not get back into the church that evening so I text Cate first thing the morning of my wedding asking if she had seen it. Not only did she contact the personnel at the church to track it down but she personally drove downtown to pick it up. Then, she delivered it to me all the way in Sharonville where I was getting ready for the most important day of my life. I had my purse in hand by 10:30am!!! Another way Cate managed to save the day was at the Ceremony location. I had been taking pictures outside and managed to get A LOT of mystery gunk all over my white gown. She sat and removed every single spot on my dress for almost an hour to make sure it was perfect. While she was doing this her team was organizing everything and everyone, passing out wisps, calming kids, seating guests and basically running the show. The only thing I had to worry about was not falling when I walked down the isle to meet my husband!! I HIGHLY recommend Eventurous for any stage of your wedding planning needs and can not say enough about how pleased I was with Cate and her team!!! Thanks ladies for helping make the ceremony of my dreams come...

Cecilia and her staff at Eventurous provided an amazing experience throughout the planning while delivering and over-the-top event. Our goal was to give our friends and family a great party while keeping it stress-free and fun for us. Ideas were beyond creative, invitation was a 'party in a box', and the event itself - in the words of our friends and family, EPIC! Thank you, thank you Eventurous for giving us your time, talent, and love. We made amazing memories... we will be forever grateful.

This team is amazing! I was very relaxed on my wedding day- no one was asking me questions, etc. My only job was to look beautiful :)

There is a obvious miss-communication between this company and the venue proprietors. I had my wedding go wrong in so many ways. 1. Not only was I not able to rehearse in the chapel we paid for and paid extra for the rehearsal. We were met by Kate whom I never spoke with until that day. Claiming that they have tried calling and email all day to let us know about this. Even if this statement she made were true. How unprofessional is it to let us know the day of that the chapel we had paid for was unavailable. So we had to rehearse outside. 2. Come my wedding day my flowers were delivered to the venue and no one was there to accept them. When called about this they said there was nothing they could do. Good thing the nuns there at the convent went nice enough to get them and take care of them for me. 3. Of the three planners they had not one of them stayed with me to help me. They were far too busy having conversations with each other. 4. My mom had asked Kate to help with the bows that were made for the pews of the church and she responded saying she was busy. Later I found out she was busy trying to sell the place to other potential clients instead of focusing on my wedding that day! 5. My mother and brother had to bring me and all my bridesmaids our bouquets. 6. The candle was not provided per contract. It was borrowed from the church. 7. My overall experience good or bad I should have been called for a follow up and wasn't.

I don't even know where to start, Cecilia and team produced my DREAM wedding. We hired Eventurous to do "the whole Kit and Caboodle" for our outdoor wedding at Greenacres Arts Center and it was the best vendor decision I made. After our first meeting Cecilia completely understood my tastes and vision and made it come to life even better than I'd imagined. The service was exceptional, they kept everything moving and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Cecilia and staff went above and beyond my expectations; even gracefully navigating some touchy Bride and Mother-of-the-Bride situations, just like a friend. Eventurous made wedding planning a complete joy, we had a great time together and it turned out fabulous! They even managed to sneak in a few surprises. Cecilia and Kelly hired the most amazing, kindest, and most creative vendors. I loved every single one of them. Cecilia has longstanding relationships with the best vendors in Cincinnati and I realized how fortunate I was to benefit from all of their experience and teamwork. The final product blew me away. It was the most amazing wedding I've ever attended and it was my own.

We can't say enough how much we loved working with Cecilia of Eventurous and her team. Our wedding day was as perfect as could be and we were able to thoroughly enjoy every minute of it because of all of their planning and hard work. It was wonderful and we wouldn't have changed a thing. We highly recommend Eventurous to anyone who is in need of a wedding planner as we couldn't have pulled it off without them!

I rented St. Aloysius Chapel for my wedding. Compared to the other churches in the area, it was reasonably priced. The space was beautiful and the staff was really accomodating. I would highly recommend it!

I cannot say enough nice things about the crew at Eventurous. I know for sure that I would not have been able to make it through the day without them. Cecilia and Nicole - Thanks for being there, making the day so wonderful and care free for me. I didn't have to think or stress about anything. You asked all the right questions, knew exactly what I wanted, followed through with all the details, and made the day so enjoyable for me. Thanks for everything.

Cecilia Rose and Eventurous are an amazing team! I had the priveledge of working with Cecilia at a recent destination wedding on St. Pete Beach. Cecilia and Eventurous are right on que with professionalism and added a very specal ingredient FUN! Cecilia impressed me so much I referred her to a friend here in St. Pete for a special event, even though Cecila and my friend are miles apart I am confident the event will be perfect with Cecilia at the helm.
