Jared's

My fiance got my engagement ring at Kay's and we were never really happy with the customer service we received there. So I dragged him to Jared to pick my wedding band. It was hard to find a good match for a plan, solitaire ring, but the lady at Jared was very helpful. They even sized my engagement ring that same day -- which Kay's said would take 6-8 weeks to complete. I have returned only once to have my ring inspected, and I was a little disappointed to hear one of the diamonds was loose. Granted, this was two days before my wedding, and I had yet to even wear the ring. She said it probably happened during the sizing process, which you think they would have double checked before giving the ring to me. All in all, I am very happy with my band.

We got both our wedding bands and my engagement ring from Jared. I love my rings and my husband and i were both happy with the selection.The only complaint I have, would be my right is white gold, and the bottom of it started to turn gold recently. we went to Jared's and they told us that is a common thing to happen and couldn't do anything to help. I thought it was odd how they never mentioned this to us when my finance bought my ring. We have spent a lot of money at Jareds and felt funny leaving after our last visit. Overall Jareds is a wonderful place, but you just need to research things out for yourself first.. which stinks.

He went to Jared for my engagement ring, our wedding bands, and my wedding day gift. We worked with T.J. at the Tri-County store and absolutely would go back to him again. He was professional and helpful. He spent quite a bit of time with us while we went back and forth on what we wanted. They had our rings sized and ready to go well before we needed them and have cleaned mine multiple times since.

Since we tried to move our wedding date up we needed our wedding bands right away. Jared's Galleria of Jewelry was able to re-size our bands in a few hours. The only things I'm disappointed in is, since it isn't family owned, the rings come in a standard size and when you ask to have a ring sized, they don't redistribute the metal (which is what you're paying for). They keep the extra that's taken out. In my case, I have really small fingers so I lose a lot of value in the ring. I ended up paying for more ring than I walked out with.

Love both my engagement and wedding band that are both from Jared's! My husband picked out the engagement ring with his mom, which is awesome because we actually have the same taste in jewelry, haha. And we both went back to pick out my wedding band, we had a few different sales reps and they were all great. Plus, we love the maintenance every 6 months deal and I especially love that I can get my rings cleaned!

Jared is the best place for jewelry they have the best quality rings, and their service is friendly.If you cant find that perfect ring they will customize one to suite your liking.The ring my husband bought from them was gorgeous.He custom made it and knew exactly what my dream ring would look like.Jared did an amazing job and I can't thank them enough.

They did an amazing job at helping my husband and I pick out the perfect ring for him. They special ordered it in his size and would take it back if he didnt like it but it ended up being perfect!

Very nice store with knowledgeable staff. They didn't try to pressure us into rings we didn't want or other jewelry. They listened to what we wanted, how much we had to spend, and then took us around to find items within that range. They were great.
