Jeannette's Delicacies

I'm very pleased with Jeannette's services for our wedding a month ago, it was fabulous, I normally don't write reviews but i saw a review on this site, 2 actually I don't think is true, I'm not writing on this company's behalf, But I do know if that bride was unhappy and if she would have told the catering staff I guarantee they would have immediately taken care of the issues they might of have. NO company is perfect but I must say that company certainly tries pretty hard to be perfect for your perfect day! We didn't have a huge budget due to this wonderful economy state we are in, But it was enough for Jeannette's to treat us fabulous. I cant believe people tries to tell ppl not to go with another company. Its totally wrong. Have a tasting, Have a meeting See what they offer, Certainly don't go on those two complaints because I guarantee you will be missing out on a great experience with Jeannette's delicacies. I'm just saying this company was wonderful to work with, experience staff, had everything under control.. NO ISSUES!! The only issue is I want them for another party!!I work with kids daily and feed kids daily its hard work to make everyone happy. But all you can do is try, and this company certainly gets 2 thumbs up from me and my reception!!

The food and service was great.. the served meal was outside and it was hot and fresh.. everything was perfect.. Highly reccommend this company!

I just want everyone to know that Jeannette's Delicacies is the best catering company I have ever dealt with. She was great, she made it her mission to make sure my wife and I were completely happy in every aspect from the flowers to how the tables were set. I have never had anyone care so much about my feelings and what I wanted. Her staff is fantastic and the food was superb. I hope everyone can experience the kind of care I received on their wedding day. She helped with everything and made sure it was right and ready to go. Thank you so much Jeannette and staff.

Jeannette's Delicacies and staff are wonderful, very professional, wonderful service, my reception was so magical because of Jeannette and her staff, the cake was late and Jeannette made sure it was setup on time and it was. She also goes the extra mile at no charge... She can get you wholesale flowers, she has names of florists and dj's and cake decorators that she reccommends to make sure your event is perfect, I already had my cake ordered before we went to Jeannette's, So that is why the cake was late, but it all went as planned and perfect, Jeannette is the wedding coordinator, she helps with every detail, and doesn't expect a dime for it..she also did the rehearsal dinner with a huge discount... the company is amazing, I highly reccommend this company to any bride and to any company!! PLUS all her dinners include china, glassware, silverware, cloth napkins.. I could go on and on about this company I cant say one negitive thing about this company, they are amazing and im confident they will make your reception amazing as well... Best wishes to all the new engagemetns and certainly give Jeannette's a call...

They helped us with every aspect of our wedding, they truly made our day special, they made sure everyone was enjoying themselves while they were waiting on the bridal party and us to get done with pictures.. they opened the bar earlier than what we stated and simply went with our flow. no hassles, they certainly know that ceremonies or pictures can either take less or more time, and they work around it.. they dont say no to anyone. they truly take care of everything..

Jeannette's Delicacies was great. They helped us with staying in the limited budget we had, and still made it the most memorable day ever. The food was fantastic, Jeannette helped us create a menu that both of our families was hoping to see on the buffet, She made it easy and exciting. We knew the company was going to make everything perfect for us. We couldnt have asked for anything else. We had a buffet, but myself and the groom was served at our head table, so we never had to get up, we didnt ask for this, they just automatically do it.. I highly reccommend this company. And the best part all the food they make is homemade.. everything, all appetizers are made by the great chefs they have.. They are great!

Jeannette's did a WONDERFUL job catering our wedding. She was soooo helpful and helped us customize our menu to suit our wants/needs. All of the guests raved about the food!

Jeannette was very helpful! I have an aunt who needed a special sodium free plate and she was more than happy to help us out with this. The prices were great and the food was delicious. My only complaint is that the bartenders that came to our reception did not know how to make many common drinks. Overall, I would recommend this caterer.

The food was great!!! We chose from the appetizers menu to save on cost, and it was a great substitute for a meal. However I requested two different colors of napkins alternating for the tables, which they agreed to, but then they set out only one of the colors and alternated white instead. That upset me a great deal but I got over it. And the mirrors that they had for my centerpieces were pretty chipped and smudged, that was a let down too.

There were some bumps and miscommunication along the way, but in the end they pulled through and everything came together; there were no problems along the way. Part of the issues during the planning portion came when one the employee who was handling our account left the company and we were never informed; therefore we fell through the crack a bit.

Jeannette was very nice and helpful throughout the process. They accommodated our budget. They arrived on time to the wedding and the staff was good about helping us with the timing of when to serve the food. The hors devours were excellent and the staff was well mannered and helpful. We did have a few concerns and complaints, though. We had a served meal (small wedding only 35 people)They grilled the meat (fillets) on site and while things looked good it turned out that when our guest received their steaks at least half of them were completely raw on the inside. With good intentions, they took our guests' steaks to be cooked longer, but they paid no attention to whose steak was whose. All of them were piled onto a plate and taken back to the grill. Some steaks had already been partially eaten. When the steaks were returned, many of them were still undercooked, steaks were mixed up among the guests with everyone getting back a random steak, and some guests did not even get a steak returned!We emailed Jeannette after the wedding (due to the urging of many friend and family) to tell her about what happened with the steaks but we never received a response. We did not ask for a refund (although we felt that the meal was a huge waste of money) but we did expect her to respond to our complaint. They were nice people but I would in no way recommend them for your wedding. (update from original post... There is no reason for us to give a fictitious report - - unfortunately this was our actual experience with the company. I re-emailed Jeannette forwarding her my original email after their response to this post - - she said my email must have got "lost in the server". They apologized and that was that. Again, all experiences are different but our experience with them was not deserving of a recommendation...)

They got to the reception site the day before the wedding four hours before they were scheduled, then got upset because things weren't ready for them to set up. They arrived at the reception site three hours late on the day of the wedding, which caused my aunt to be unable to attend the ceremony. Even though the contract stated that we would get all of the leftover food, they packed it in their van and my father had to request that the food he paid for be given to him. They were supposed to clear a buffet table off to set the cake on, but they left it by the cake display causing a crystal decoration to be broken. Jeanette tried to lie to me about the service they preformed when she wasn't even there at the reception. Some of the food was under cooked, and one of the dishes we received wasn't the one that we ordered. I would strongly recommend that you go somewhere else.
