DJ Phill is awesome - we booked him on short notice and he never missed a beat. His price was very affordable and he was great to work with.

Good standard DJ service, even with some oddball requests that we had for music. The DJ's wife (who apparently also does some DJing and works with him for the karoke part) was very annoying at our planning meetings, very into the way things "should be done" which was not our plan. The DJ himself was fine doing whatever we wanted and enjoyed our unusual requests (Disney and musical love songs during dinner, occasional Weird Al Yankovic song, Peanuts theme for introduction...)-- he provided suggestions for timing of the reception and coordinated well with the photographer to make sure she knew when main events were coming. As long as we ignored the wife and let her slide off, everything was fine. He did lag a bit on timing for some things (mostly the last song and leavetaking), but overall the day-of was exactly what we wanted and good music that got people up and dancing.
