Working with M. Hopple was one of my favorite parts of planning the wedding. When my mom and I went to look at invitations, none of the ones in their extensive selection of books seemed to fit what I was looking for. Therefore, they suggested that we could "custom design" our invitations. After meeting with Dara (who was fantastic to work with!) we were able to come up with just the perfect look! Their prices were fantastic and I truly ended up loving the process. I would highly recommend M. Hopple as your destination for all your paper needs!

Background info: It was recommended to me that I should buy my invitations from Michael's and have them printed at Kinko's to save money. I tried doing this only to find out that Kinko's did not have high enough quality printers to print on the textured paper that my invitations were made out of. I didn't know what I was going to do! Thank goodness M. Hopple & Co. was so helpful and accomodating. They printed my invitations even though I did not buy the paper from them at a very reasonable cost, very quickly. They turned out beautifully and they even helped me with the wording and format. What could have been a disaster turned out great due to the wonderful staff at M. Hopple and Co. I recommend using M. Hopple & Co. not only to print any invitations but to purchase the paper as well :) They had a great selection and reasonable prices as well.

We were in a bind for our invitations after being stood up by another vendor. I was panicked because I didn't know if I would get the invitation in time but the women at M. Hopple made me feel much better. While a lot of what they had was way out of my price range, they were able to work with me to find something that fit what I was looking for perfectly. I was very happy with how my invitations turned out.

We had so much fun coming up with a creative but glamorous invitation with Irene. And since this wedding was being hosted by us, we didn't want to have the parents feel left out, so we made sure to include their names on the invite as though they were hosting. Irene was really helpful and creative with all aspects of the invites, dinner menus, and even suggesting welcome boxes (since all our guests were from out of town). We got the invitations for the next two weddings we're having from Irene, and she was just so sympathetic to the fact that our parents were throwing us 2 more church weddings and formal receptions. I suggest that when you need any type of invitation head to M. Hopple! And don't forget to pick up a whimsical pack of tissue for your handbag.

We worked exclusively with Janet at M. Hopple's Kenwood location. I am obsessed with paper, and the invitations were maybe my favorite thing about our wedding. Janet is an incredibly classic and graceful older woman, which made her the perfect resource for all those tricky etiquette questions, like "Can we use a monogram before we're married?" and "What do we do if I'm keeping my own last name?" We had a non-traditional wedding - we're both in theatre, and atheist, and so we presented our wedding as a play: "A Marriage in Three Acts." She was very enthusiastic, and yet very business-like. She took the time (six hours overall) to sift through hundreds of invitation styles, paper, font choices, colors, envelope liners, etc, to help us get the look of our save-the-date and invitations just right. As a result, both our save-the-date cards and our invitations (which were tricky - they needed to have tons of information in them!) came out completely elegant and refined, which seems to be lacking in many invitations these days. I can not imagine what we would have done without her. She's overall our favorite vendor.
