Our DJ was Sonny, who was fantastic! He gave us great advice when we were trying to decide on songs for the ceremony and he definitely kept the party going at the reception! We would recommend him to anyone. We also had Maize Music do the lighting, which people raved about all night!

Nemar was amazing, he was able to keep everyone up and dancing the entire night! all our guests have commented on how wonderful and entertaining he was. He also provided the up lights and even surprised us with a dance floor light design! I was so thrilled with the service I received from Maize Music!

Nemar did an amazing job! I would recommend him to anyone! I had family friends, whom I have NEVER seen dance, on the dance floor ALL night. He did an amazing job of mixing new songs with some older songs as well. I told him that after dinner, I wanted the reception to feel like a club, and I was NOT disappointed. My friends are still talking about how much they loved the music and how much fun they had. He is the only vendor I gave all 5s! Amazing!

The music at our wedding was such a disappointment. We met with Nemar two or three times before our wedding - we provided songs that we liked, songs we didn't want played, and even gave him an entire outline of the night's events and activities. He was very aloof when we met with him - and didn't really seem to be paying any attention. Music was so, so important to us (we both LOVE to dance) - and we were so disappointed at the end of the night. He cut our entrance songs short - and played our father/daughter dance song as the guest were arriving into the reception (oops!). He didn't play the songs we requested and didn't do a good job of keeping watch of the dance floor (what people were getting into). His portable system for the groom's entrance also glitched out a lot. I would not recommend Maize Music if music is important to you on your big day. Nemar is a REALLY nice guy - but we would have liked someone a little more dedicated to our event.

We were very happy with Maize Music at our wedding reception. They worked with us to pick all of our songs for the event. For the younger crowd at our wedding they were perfect. However, we were told that the music was really loud, even after someone mentioned something to the DJ. My husband's grandfather left early because the music was too loud for him. Otherwise, if this was discussed up front I don't think it would have been a problem.

Great service. Sonny was excellent! He kept to the music we selected & was very entertaining to our guests!
