The dresses were very reasonably priced, and the woman was very very nice, however, setting up a time to meet with her was like pulling teeth.

Everyone should visit Erin and her Mom at Reading Bridal Outlet!! I saved an incredible amount on my dress!! But more than that was the individual attention that Erin provided. She helped me pick the right veil and headpiece to complete the look I had dreamed of. I shopped for the dress by myself and it was as if Erin was my best friend, sister, and Mom all rolled into one!! She even pointed me toward an awesome seamstress for the small things like my bustle!! Thank you Erin for making me look like a princess!!

Very helpful, found me the perfect dress and vail to go with it as well as bridesmaids dresses that went with my dress. I would highly recommend to find that perfect dress.

The bridal shop was horrible. When I bought my dress I was told it wasn't too early to purchase it (it was a year and a half prior to my wedding). I was told that the dress could be easily altered and it would look absolutely beautiful. Needless to say when I went to have the dress altered it was going to cost almost as much as the dress itself to alter it. When we contacted the owner she had no desire to even assist my mom and me, and said that if we had a problem with the dress it should have been returned within three days of receiving it. Now tell me what bride has her alterations done a year and a half before the wedding.
