Receptions West

Joyce did a fantastic job at helping us with our reception. She helped us figure out the tiny details, and was very accommodating to special requests. She doesn't sweat the small stuff and her years of experience in the industry are a true gift to a bride who needs tasks taken off her mind. On our wedding day, the power went out at Receptions, and Joyce stayed all night to make sure everything went seamless. We had a nice candle lit dinner, and luckily the power came back on. She was there until we all left for the night. She does an amazing job and I feel so lucky to have had her help with our reception!

Joyce Klosterman and her team were a great help in pulling our wedding together perfectly and seamlessly. She was very, very accommodating to special requests, and truly went above and beyond in her efforts. Our guests have often commented on the quality of the service staff, and the food was *awesome!* We are very grateful to have found Joyce!

At my reception , we ran out of beer and the event coordinator went out and got more (twice!!) They were very accomodating.
