What was supposed to be an awesome, fantastic, memorable experience turned out to be an extremely exhausting, horrible nightmare that caused tension and wasted money for my fiance and I. The engagement ring I got took 4 months to come in, they told me it would be weeks not months. It wasn't lowered like they told me they could do and had a large crack in the middle. They said they would order me a new one and should only take 3weeks. It has now been 3 months and they still don't have it! I'm almost afraid to see how bad this one will be. I'm so disappointed. This experience was completely ruined by this store. I don't recommend Roger's jewelers to anyone. We spent thousands of dollars in that store for headaches and crap jewelry, don't be as foolish.

We bought only my rings from Rogers and they are beautiful. Nothing special service wise though.

I am terribly disappointed with the Eastgate, Ohio store. My fiance bought me a beautiful engagement ring from here and he says it was a great deal, but the customer service that followed was terrible. We went to get it sized from a 7 to a 5, which they said would be completed in a few days. 3 weeks later, I still don't have my engagement ring and my fiance was so upset with the situation that he has returned it and is looking for a new one to re give me. Rogers had many excuses for taking more than 3 weeks but none of the excuses were valid and the manager was very rude and had quite an attitude. Don't take your chances, although the prices may seem fair, the wait and poor service isn't worth it.

We would not buy our jewelry here again. Difficulty with customer service on more than one occasion after all the bands were already bought! I typically complain about anything...but the hassels we went through with them are worth mentioning!

Horrible Service, Horrible Warranty! My wife purchase my ring here. She also purchased the warranty. We thought everything was OK.Keep in mind, I bought my wife's at Jared's and have had not problem. Her ring was 10 times the price of mine and the LIFETIME warranty was only $100 and includes everything. She has taken it back numerous times for service and cleanings and we have not had to shell out a nickle thus far. Great company.Rogers on the other had is NO good. Apparently the warranty my wife paid $40 for was only a 3 year warranty. The $60 she spent extra to have a "butterfly" piece put on the inside to prevent turning was only warrantied for 1 year. Now the butterfly is broken and they will not fix it without a charge and they will no longer clean it for free. They also noticed my ring had a small crack in it that would need fixed before it breaks threw. They will not fix this without charging. The ring has been worn for just over 3 years and I have to put a bunch of money into something that is not that old! I have a problem with that. My wife's ring looks like it did they day I bought it and if we do have a problem Jared's is awesome.Rogers will never receive my business again and If I have to pay to get my ring fixed, I will take it somewhere that will not screw me and will take care of me. This company is a waste of time!

The folks at Rogers Jewels were fantastic. They were able to help us chose the perfect engagement ring and wedding bands, and worked with us through our unique requests. :) We greatly appreciate them!

The jeweler made my wedding band specifically to fit up against my engagement ring. He even carved matching filigree into the band. I was so impressed and I am constantly getting compliments on the intricate detailing on my wedding ring. The jeweler who did the work is named Matt, and we used the Fairfield Commons Mall location. My husband also got a really nice ring from here, and he found my engagement ring here, too...we will ccontinue to shop here.

I bought my husband's wedding ring at Roger's at the Dayton Mall in 2007. Thery were very nice at first. When they resized the ring to make it smaller and because the diamonds are channel set, it created a weakness in the setting. I found this out from one of their own jewelers later on when we started having problems.I purchased the (supposedly) all inclusive warranty and it is a joke. THEY WILL NOT FIX THE SETTING THAT THEY RUINED. They told us that if we wanted it re-soldered, they would charge us $300.The diamonds get loose every.single.year. We have lost diamonds twice. We are CONSTANTLY having to take the ring in because the diamonds are loose. All they do is squeeze the setting together a little bit. In a few months, it's loose again. The last time we went to the mall to get it fixed they told us we had to pay $30 for them tightening up the setting. We told them that we'd never had to pay for this before. I didn't have my paperwork with me so the guy pulled up a copy of my "Warranty" from the computer. He said that when we picked up the ring we could bring back our paperwork and they would take the $30 charge off our bill. When I got home I compared the warranties and found out that they have ADDED A STIPULATION we are responsible for the cost of labor unless we purchase another warranty! This was NOT what I purchased in 2007. They are going to try to rip off a lot of people.Do NOT do business with these people. They are dirty.

I bought my husband's wedding ring from Rogers in 2007. The salesman told us that the warranty would cover EVERYTHING, as long as we brought the ring in for the regular 6-month inspections. The ring was 2 sizes too large and they resized it. The ring has channel set stones wrapped around the band and I have since learned that resizing this type of ring weakens the setting. They should have ordered one for him in his size. The diamonds keep coming loose and falling out. The ring has to go to the shop at least once year and they half-way fix it. Last year they told us that if we want the setting strengthened, we would have to pay them over $300. The last time we took the ring in for loose stones, they tried to charge us money for tightening them. I didn't have my warranty papers with me, so the guy at the store printed a copy. It was NOT the same document I had at home. We have sent multiple e-mails and left phone messages with the corporate office. They have yet to respond.I bought my husband's wedding ring from Rogers in 2007. They said that our warranty covered a lost diamond replacement, but we would have to pay them to put it back in the ring. They said if we wanted the warranty to cover any kind of repair work that WE WOULD HAVE TO PURCHASE A SEPARATE WARRANTY!! The amount he quoted wasn't cheap either. I didn't have my warranty papers with me, so the guy at the store printed a copy. When I got home, I compared it to mine. It was NOT the same document. It looked almost identical, but they had changed a couple of words in the title and added some sentences onto it making it a requirement to pay for repairs. I e-mailed a complaint to the corporate office, but they did not respond. When we went back to pick up the ring, the manager had left a message with the sales girl saying that they would tighten the stones for free “this time” but next time we would have to pay. I had my original papers in hand to PROVE what I was saying, but it was like they didn’t want to really look at it and just wanted us to leave. We have since sent multiple e-mails and left phone messages with the corporate office to talk to us about this and they have yet to respond. My gut feeling is this company is going to try to rip off a lot of people. When you take your ring in for inspection, they fill in the blanks on your warranty paperwork. When it’s full, they start a new one. They would easily be able to switch the “revised” warranty without customers noticing because they look so similar.

We got my engagement ring there, but were extremely disappointed when we could not find our bands there. They didn't really try to work with us after we told them what we were looking for, which was really upsetting since we have purchased all of our other jewelry there, and spent 9000 on my engagement ring there.
