I loved working with Lila. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and was just very good at what she does! She made me feel really special and helped me pick the best wedding dress when I was having trouble deciding what I was looking for!

Wendy's had a great selection of dresses and after searching at about 6 other dress boutiques I finally found the perfect dress at Wendy's. My maid and honor went together to dress shop and we didn't make an appointment because we went on a Tuesday morning and thought it wouldn't be busy. Also, we just wanted to look. Right when we walked in we were asked if we had made an appointment and got the death stare when we said we hadn't. So make an appointment girls!! Lila helped us anyway and we found the perfect dress after only trying on 3. I was glad when they allowed me to use the 20% off that was going to be their sale on all dresses next month, that brought my dress just under $1000 - not bad for a lace Casa Blanca gown. The issues came when I wanted to add a corset to the back of my dress, I had to order a corset kit and Lila made it seem like it wouldn't be able to come in on time. They also had a fit about ordering my bridal bra. I still had 2 1/2 months until the wedding and they said it was cutting it close? In my opinion, if this is their business they should have some corset kits/slips/bridal bras on standby in the store, but oh well. It ended up everything came in within 2 weeks, so I completely stressed out for no reason. My meeting with the seamstress was AWESOME! I was with Kathy who is head seamstress, she was so easy to talk to and seemed to really love her job. She also did a wonderful job on my dress, fit me like a glove and I wasn't pulling up my strapless dress all night (not even once!). I would 100% recommend Kathy! I all in all had an okay experience with Wendy's Bridal. I expected to be treated differently after I had made the purchase, but I just thought they would be a little more helpful and reassuring than they were. Once they get your money they are definitely not as personal. Anyway, my dress was perfect and affordable!

I went to Wendy's to order my bridal gown. My dress came in three weeks late and there was not enough time left even though my wedding was 6 week away for them to do the alterations. After spending over $2k on a dress, to say I was dissapointed is a bit of an understatement.

I liked Wendy's Bridal because they treat you like an actual customer rather than just another sale. With all of the weddings I have been in, some places treat you great until they make the sale - and then you are thrown to the bottom of their stack and priority list. Wendy's Bridal is just the opposite. They actually took time to help me try on every dress and never left my side to go work with someone else. They gave honest opinions, which was helpful in selecting the right dress. Wendy's was very flexible with my bridesmaids when it came to fittings and their schedules. The selection was great and I don't think you can go wrong with any of their dresses. The price is well worth the service!!!!

I got my wedding dress there and the dress was beautiful, but i feel that is was a little expensive, they had it rushed and it still got there later than i was told and they couldnt do altertations there with such short time frame, so it was a little stressful.

I give the one star for quality of service and professionalism to the woman who helped me try on my dress when it came in. It wasn't a fitting since they didn't do my alterations, but she was kind and helpful. I was 100% happy with the gown I chose to buy, but I was very dissatisfied with the service at Wendy's and would not recommend them to anyone else. The second they made the sale and had my credit card information, all customer service went completely out the window. I also felt belittled by the staff for making my own decisions regarding my gown. Did I need to have my alterations done by a professional seamstress? No, thank you very much, my mom did a fantastic job and there was no reason for the staff at Wendy's to look down upon this decision and try to make me feel bad about this choice. Why spend $150 on the hem alone when I had a personal connection with someone who did a great job for free? Follow your gut. Did I need to wear their suggested cage-like bra under my gown in order for the gown to look right? Absolutely not, an old bra of my own sewn into the gown was just perfect, and they did not need to try and tell me that what I was doing was wrong. Of course they'd want to sell me the crazy $80 bra that didn't let me breathe or move. I wanted to be comfy on my wedding day and they just wanted to make more money. You may indeed find the perfect gown for you at Wendy's for the right price, but bring a friend or family member with you for moral support since the staff can be harsh and unfriendly.

I absolutely loved my dress (and got a lot of compliments!), but if you choose Wendy's, be prepared for some unnecessary stress.I started off at the Wendy's in Florence, which promptly closed a week after my visit. I decided to follow the store to Kenwood, since the saleswoman I was working with was pretty helpful. I found my dress at the Kenwood store and was so excited about purchasing it. The saleswoman and I had a disagreement about what size to order, since I was in between two sizes. She ordered the bigger size, saying that it could be adjusted easily because it had a corset back.Several months later, I picked up my dress and it was (of course) too big. They told me to take it home and wait for a few months before I started alterations, since we were still almost a year out from my wedding. Then, around November (for a June wedding), I called to make an appointment for alterations. They told me I simply had to come in on a day that their seamstress was working. I drove almost 40 minutes to Kenwood, and much to my surprise, the store was gone. I called the number back, and they informed me that they had moved again, this time to the Reading bridal district. So, I drove another 45 minutes across town. When I arrived, the seamstress was too busy to see me, so one of the other clerks had me try on my dress. She made some notes and told me to come back in a few weeks, this time with a real appointment. I was very upset, but I left with an appointment card. Upon my return, the seamstress offered several alterations to my dress. I was unhappy with her ideas because it would change the entire look of my dress. We agreed upon a bustle and to take in the sides of the dress, but still the dress was much too big and kept falling off of me.Anyway, eventually the alterations took place and although the dress was still a bit too big, I was pleased and took it home. It was a beautiful dress and I only had to hike it up a couple of times during the reception. The staff at Wendy's was helpful and friendly at first, but after I purchased the dress, their service went sour. They did not return phone calls and gave me a run-around more than anyone else during the entire process. They have great gowns, but only choose them if you are prepared to deal with poor customer service.

I called three different bridal shops looking for a particular Mori Lee gown. The first two places did not have the dress. Wendy's Bridal (on Sawmill Rd.) did! It was the perfect dress, the perfect place, and the perfect price. My bridal consultant Sue was wonderful. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Wendy's Bridal.

I had the pleasure to work with Lil and she was absolutely amazing! She came up with the perfect dresses for my body type. I went to several other places before I went to Wendy's and none of them even compare to the service I got there!

We used Wendy's Bridal in Cincinnati for our bridesmaid's dresses. We didn't get a lot of personal attention, but we were able to find what we were looking for on our own. The dress we found was in the perfect color, but very expensive, each dress was around $220.00 but with a discount it came to $190.00. The dress had to be specially ordered and came in 3 months before the wedding, which gave my bridesmaids plenty of time to alter the dresses. They really had a large selection and we found exactly what we were looking for.

I bought my Maggie Sottero wedding gown at Wendy's Bridal and all the alterations and steamings came out perfect. My dress fit perfect in every way on my wedding day. Kathy was my alterations lady and she is very personal and gets to know you. I loved that about her. She remembered my name when she would see me randomly in the store!

I ordered a Mori Lee gown for my wedding. It came in super fast (they had told me it may or may not come in in time for my wedding 5 months away). The dress was beautiful and exactly what I wanted, but my concerns came with alterations. My dress was reasonably priced but my alterations cost more than $500. Also the alterations turned out great, but I had issues with communication with the alterations department. I was coming from out of town and they had trouble fitting me in a lot of the time. Also I made my appointment by calling the store, and once I showed up the woman doing my alterations had no idea I was coming and yelled at me for calling the store and not her personal cell. After waiting quite a while she fit me in, but kept telling me over and over that I shouldn't have called the store to make the appointment. She then yelled at me for waiting so long to schedule my final fitting, when I waited because my shoes were back ordered. In the end it all turned out ok. I ended up steaming the dress myself because they were going to charge $65 more for that.Overall I would recommend Wendy's Cincinnati bride for a wedding or bridesmaid dress, but I would consider getting the alterations somewhere more reasonably priced and organized.

I purchased my wedding dress from Wendy's in January. They were soooo helpful in finding my dress and suggestions on what type to get. They also offer $100 off on your first visit and there was a dress that they had in a bridal show that I wanted to try on so they offered me to $100 off a couple days later since I was unable to try it on the first time. After that I didn't have a very positive experience. I went in to look at bridesmaid's dresses without an appointment (they said the recommend them but aren't necessary). They said no one was available to help me if I came in but could look. I wanted to go that afternoon because my mom was in from out of town. So my mom, bridesmaid and I went to look and pulled like 15 dresses and they wouldn't let us try them on! There were about 7 empty rooms and multiple people walking around but since there wasn't a person to be in the room with us there weren't going to let us try them on. I, of course threw a fit and said I am trying these dresses on! They finally allowed us to and we found the dress we wanted but because of the way we were treated I ordered them else where. Save your time and go some where else. They also cut all the tags out of their dresses so you have a hard time finding out who the designer is (my guess is so you won't find it there and order is some where else like I did!!).

My daughter loved Wendy's Bridal and her dress consultant Lil. She received the best service in the way of helping her determine what type of dress she wanted. Then without overwhelming her with dozens of dresses, she chose 4 at a time and Lil gave her unpressured advise of how the dress looked on her without pushing any dress that my daughter wasn't sure about. In the end, my daughter picked out the exact dress she wanted that gave her the look she dreamed about. Also the seamist, Kathy, gave us the greatest service and everything was ready when she said it would be and fitted my daughter to a T. I highly recommend Lil and Kathy at Wendy's Bridal.

Wendy’s Bridal was the first stop on my dress search… and also turned into my last. At first I was overwhelmed with traditional style dresses when I was looking for something more unique and unconventional. After trying on a gold gown, Darleen pulled a mocha colored gown that was perfect. Months later when I returned for my fittings Rathy continued the trend of wonderful customer service. The entire staff at Wendy’s Bridal is very experienced and can help you find exactly what you are looking for.

I had a great experience working with Wendy's Bridal, particularly Lila. She helped me find the gown of my dreams, and accommodated my large entourage quite nicely! My only complaint is when it came time to order bridesmaids dresses, they were not quite as easy to work with. Otherwise, I would really recommend Wendy's Bridal for any bride searching for that ONE perfect dress :-)

My dress was perfect and I enjoyed every minute of picking it out with help from the consultant....however, the overall feeling of snobbery upon entering the store is a major turn off. Their seamstress did a very nice job even though I had to return for an extra fitting since she had forgotten. They didn't charge and arm and a leg for the alterations which was a relief.
